Questions people often ask
Is therapy covered by my insurance?+
Many extended health plans cover sessions with a Registered Social Worker or Registered Psychotherapist. Check your plan for the exact wording and yearly maximum; you receive a receipt after every session.
Can we speak only in Arabic?+
Yes. Sessions can be fully in Arabic, English or French — or move between them, whatever feels natural.
Is everything I share confidential?+
Yes, with the narrow legal exceptions every Ontario therapist must follow (for example, a serious risk of harm). These are explained clearly before we begin.
